HYPODOMUS LEIDEN
Passion for the realtor business, that’s what the people of Hypodomus definitely have. Back in 2007 Rick Rijnbeek started with Hypodomus Rick Rijnbeek (in the housing crisis!) and grew to be a succesful realtor in Leiden and surrounding area. Rick set up a great team and built a good portfolio with nice clients. Since 2024 they changed their name into Hypodomus Leiden. A well-known realtor in Leiden and surroundings.
Together they are responsible for the buying and selling of both private and commercial property in Leiden and greater area. We take pride in building close relationships with our clients, and the mutual trust that this brings. This makes hard work a given; our satisfied clients are what our reputation is build on.
The secret? Our last client; The best kind of advertising will always be word-of-mouth. Anybody can sell a house, but with what effort and which price? As a realtor, we aim to provide literal added value. Through years of market experience, we can help you purchase at sharp prices, or run a successful sale. You won’t even have to stay home for the property’s viewings; As you do your job, we will do ours.

Rick Rijnbeek
Manon Vermolen
At the end of 2024, Manon joined our real estate agency alongside Rick. Her ambition, drive, and experience (she has been working in real estate since 2019) are a great addition to the team. Our no-nonsense character blends well with her "just get things done" mentality.
Bart van der Aart
Bart started in the spring of 2024. With his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he started into the real estate training with great ambition. He has found his rhythm here and feels at home. Bart is social and enjoys unpredictable, hectic days, where you never know what to expect in the morning.
Kevin van Rooijen
Kevin joined our team in the summer of 2020 and we all are very happy with his added value. As a former league bowler, he knows perfectly how to function in a team. He lives in Voorschoten.
Marielle van Gijzen
Since the fall of 2023, Mariëlle has strengthened our inside sales team. She got the tip from Kevin that we were looking for a great colleague. She had some doubts beforehand about the commercial side of a real estate agency, but we turned out to be a perfect match. And that’s proven true every day in practice.
Julia Verhoeks
Julia started as an intern with our team. She holds a diploma in Legal Administrative Services and is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Law at Leiden University of Applied Sciences. Julia handles the administration for Hypodomus and lives with her mother in Leiderdorp. On top of all this, she is also the regular babysitter for Rick’s children.
